Before our premium spirits are aged into rum, we combine some of our double distilled silver cane spirit with the beautiful white flesh of freshly cracked and toasted coconuts. This delivers a rich and creamy burst of coconut that is perfectly balanced and ready for your favourite mixer or cocktail. Close your eyes and you’re on the beach.
Enjoy as a mixer drink with your favourite ginger beer, ice and a wedge of lime.

Our artisan distillers hand make the wash from local molasses and filtered spring water. It is then double batch distilled. Before the premium spirit is aged in oak casks, we bottle a very limited quantity. Big, bold and boisterous. Sip gently to savour the toffee, vanilla and barley sugar notes. As the clean early shock fades, the gentle sophistication of the spirit gets the limelight. Rum fanatics know it’s true home is in a daiquiri or cocktails that call for unaged rum.
