Shipping for Australian orders varies in price depending upon the destination but we estimate on average the cost to be around $12.00. From time to time we may offer free shipping. All alcoholic products require an adult to sign for them at the delivery address which is a requirement of our liquor license.
We are currently shipping within Australia only. Please email us to discuss international orders and shipping email@example.com. Shipping for other international orders will be calculated by weight and destination, please contact us for quotes. Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Lord Byron Pty Ltd has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Lord Byron Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Lord Byron Pty Ltd will not accept returned orders or provide a refund due to rejection of customs charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
If our Shipping Provider cannot safely deliver your parcel to the nominated address, it will be transferred to you’re local Collection Centre for collection. In the event you do not collect your parcel in the timeframe stipulated by the Shipping Provider then the parcel will be returned to our premises. Lord Byron Pty Ltd is unable to issue replacements or refunds on items until the package is received back into our warehouse. Lord Byron Pty Ltd will charge you the shipping costs to re-post.
Lord Byron Pty Ltd is not responsible for the Shipping Provider delivering to the incorrect address or for Collection Centres signing parcels over to the incorrect recipient but will assist you with pursuing them to rectify the situation as per the Shipping Provider’s terms and conditions.

Lord Byron Pty Ltd uses the services of Australia Post and others for all shipping. We make every effort to ship all orders next business day. If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding New South Wales public holidays).

Express Post is available at a flat fee of $15.00 – please email us to arrange this firstname.lastname@example.org.
Express Post is guaranteed next day delivery from the date shipped. Orders placed before 11:00am can be Express Posted same day. For express orders after 11am, please allow 2 days for delivery. When selecting express post please consider your location and confirm delivery timeframes with Australia Post.
Damaged in transit
All care is taken when packing your order and all items are rigorously checked before dispatch. Once your package has left our warehouse, Lord Byron Pty Ltd is not responsible for damages incurred. Please contact Australia Post or the Shipping Provider used for more information.
Our policy lasts 21 days from the date of purchase. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must email us confirming your reasons for requesting a refund. The items must then be unused and returned to us by you in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not refund products that have been opened and/or used. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase For clarity, Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, not-transferable, non-returnable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, less the cost we incurred supplying the goods in the first place and also less the third party payment processing fee we incurred. A credit will then automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 7, 4 Banksia Dr Byron Bay NSW 2481.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
